Inquire about the space
If you’re considering The Brick Store for an event, workshop, or gathering, the best place to start is a conversation. You’re welcome to reach out with questions, check availability, or schedule a tour to see the space in person.
The Brick Store is best suited for small to mid-sized gatherings that value atmosphere, connection, and flexibility. This includes bridal and baby showers, birthday celebrations (adult and kids), dinner parties, family gatherings, workshops, business meetings, author events, small seminars, and photo or video use. If you’re unsure whether your event fits, you’re always welcome to ask.
The Brick Store is offered as a self-serve space, meaning you’re free to bring your own food, drinks, décor, and supplies. Setup and breakdown time are included in your rental hours, and you’ll receive clear opening and closing instructions ahead of time. This approach keeps things flexible and allows each gathering to feel personal and unprescribed.
The main floor comfortably holds approximately 35–50 people standing, or 32–40 seated, depending on layout. About 24–26 guests can be seated down the center with banquet tables, with additional seating possible along the sides. If both the main and lower levels are used, capacity can increase. We’re happy to talk through layout options.
Renters are responsible for tidying the space and following the provided closing checklist. A flat cleaning fee covers a deeper clean after your event, including bathrooms and the kitchenette. The space is checked after each rental.
Parking is available at the Park & Ride diagonally across the street, at the town office after hours and on weekends, and limited parking is available near the barn entrance for loading and unloading.
You’re welcome to bring your own food, host a potluck, or work with a caterer of your choosing. The space is BYOB. A small kitchenette is available downstairs, and counters throughout the space work well for food, drinks, and serving.
Your rental includes access to the main floor and lower level, tables and chairs of varying sizes, café lights, counters for food and gifts, electricity, heating and air-conditioning (seasonally), bathrooms, and use of the kitchenette. Optional rentals such as tableware, linens, and glassware are available for an additional fee.
Weekend dates tend to fill more quickly, especially during peak seasons. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a general date in mind. Weekday availability is often more flexible.
Yes. Tours are available by appointment and are encouraged. Seeing the space in person is often the best way to know if it’s the right fit for your gathering.
